My Sweet Corn Pork Ribs Soup
This chinese soup is very nutritious and is very easy to cook!
I normally prepare them for my family for dinner.
Serving:
2-3 pax
Ingredients:
Pork ribs 300 gram
Potato 1
Carrot 2
Red Dates 5-6
Sweet corn 2
Pepper 20 gram
1 Litres of water
Seasonings:
Salt 1 tablespoon
Method:
1. Rinse pork ribs until water is running clear, scald and drain. Set aside.
2. Boil water in a large pot, add in all ingredients except salt. Let it simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
3. Add salt to taste, serve warm.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
