Experience a refreshing Mediterranean fine dining experience in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at The Knolls restaurant at Capella Singapore resort.

Enjoy a wide variety of quality choices for breakfast, choose from authentic Mediterranean lunch and dinner menus or have a leisurely afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the reflecting pools and the South China Sea. A visit to the restaurant will make you feel like you’ve completely escaped the city. It is definitely the perfect place to unwind and relax with family and friends.

Check out their brand new dining experience with a “bistronomy” themed menu, the food was really delicious, from the starters right down to dessert.

Below are some of the dishes I would love to recommend:

Marinated Melon with Parma Ham - sweet wine-marinated melon and Parma ham topped with mint leaves ($22)
The savoury ham and sweet melon are wonderful partners.

Piedmont Vitello Tonnato - veal loin with tuna caper sauce, seasonal truffle and arugula salad

Mushroom Cream Soup -  Cream of wild mushrooms with truffle-flavoured croquette ($18)
It is creamy and comforting!

Steamed Barramundi- served with parmesan sablé, tomato chutney and spinach cream ($45)
Was really tasty and fresh

Beef Tenderloin- served with anchovies, smoked garlic sauce and thyme panisse ($59)
This is one of the most lean and tender cuts around.

Spaghetti Carbonara- served with smoked pancetta, egg yolk and shaved parmesan ($30)
Break the egg yolk and stir to enjoy this dish! The pasta will become nice and creamy.

Dessert time! Even the Peacocks loves them!

Lemon Verbena Affair-  verbena petit gâteau with Italian meringue on sable dough ($15)
This dessert is definitely worth your calories. It is also very instagram-worthy.

Strawberry Pistachio Layer Cake- sponge cake with a tinge of basil served with strawberry ice cream ($14)
A perfect match! I like how the cake was presented!

Churros- Spanish-style fried crullers served with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and lemon curd ($16)

This is so yummy and addictive!

Wishing all my Muslim friends Selamat Hari Raya!

Hari Raya Puasa, marking the end of fasting month, is celebrated all over the world. The joyous day brings families, friends, and loved ones together and strengthens family ties and community bonds. Families will be busy with the preparation of delectable feasts featuring time-honoured classics such as rendang, lontong, kueh, and many more.

For generations, F&N Sparkling Drinks have been the favourite drinks accompanying these traditional fares, celebrating the joyful moments. In conjunction with Hari Raya, F&N Sparkling Drinks continues the tradition of spreading the festive cheer with limited edition variants. This year, the new limited edition F&N Lychee Pear will delight tastebuds with the refreshing fruitiness of lychee and pear!

A unique combination of flavours, F&N Lychee Pear is the perfect drink to pair with traditional celebratory dishes. Even better, consumers will be delighted to learn that the new variant has been awarded the ‘Healthier Choice Symbol’ for Lower in Sugar by the Health Promotion Board (HPB)! Together with the introduction of the F&N Lychee Pear, other limited edition F&N Sparkling Drinks have also made their return.

The line-up includes the classic F&N Flashy Fruitade, the citrusy F&N Pink Grapefruit, the deliciously sweet and tart F&N Pineapple, and the distinct and tangy F&N Passionfruit. Spreading The Festive Cheer with F&N F&N will be giving consumers more reasons to celebrate with exciting promotions leading up to Hari Raya Puasa.

For more information, please visit www.facebook.com/FnNFun. The limited edition variants are available during this festive period, while stocks last. F&N Lychee Pear retails at the Recommended Selling Price (RSP) of S$1.60 for 500ml convenient bottles, available exclusively at 7-Eleven, and RSP of S$1.50 for 1.5L take home bottles which can be found at major hypermarkets, supermarkets and participating outlets.
