SKECHERS, the Number 1 walking footwear brand in the United States, officially opened its 18th and largest flagship store at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, Ngee Ann City recently (1 July 2015), with special appearance by newly-appointed SKECHERS Brand Ambassador and popular KPOP Girl Group, SISTAR.  Hosted by popular radio DJ Sonia Chew, more than 300 guests, comprising members of the media, fashion influencers, VIP guests and trade partners, turned up from 5.00pm to partake in the opening festivities as well as to explore the new store and collection. Spanning 1,700 square-feet, this is the first Asian flagship store to embrace an industrial and modern concept, accompanied by a touch of vintage elements. The store's entrance is framed by a brick wall to give a raw industrial edge juxtaposed by the modern inviting interior.
