The One Community Walk is a nationwide mass walking event organised by the PA, the Community Sports Club Council and the Community Sports Clubs, . It has returned after the success of the inaugural event in 2010. The One Community Walk (OCW) held last Sunday (24 Jul 2011) brought more residents together and raise money for charity. For the first time this year, FairPrice Foundation had worked with the People's Association (PA) to use the event as a platform to rally grassroots leaders and the community to support needy families. S$1 million worth of food vouchers is donated by the foundation to needy families through all 87 Grassroots Organisations (GROs) and selected welfare organisations. For every registered participant, a S$10 FairPrice food voucher will be donated to the needy.
