Earning the reputation as the ultimate herb for women, Angelica is a good tonic for women; it also aids blood circulation and is also a common medicinal ingredient used in Chinese cooking. Not forgetting the lotus seeds that are a rich source of protein, potassium, zinc and iron.  Reaping these health benefits, the tastes of these three ingredients are perfectly amalgamated, and enveloped in a fragrant crust that boasts a crispy and slightly crumbly texture.
These mooncakes are also paired with Aged Old Pu’er that originates from the Yunnan province in China and has been prized for its health benefits including being rich in antioxidants, lowering of cholesterol, aiding in weight loss, and more.
