As we draw closer to the Christmas season, it’s time to start planning where to gather with family and friends over sumptuous spreads.

If you are throwing a party feast or invited to a party, be sure to grab Windowsill Pies’s WHIMSICAL PETITS FOURS (25-pc box, 5 festive sweet treats) comprising:

1. Foie Gras Classique: a reinvented way of enjoying a foie gras tradition as an indulgent savoury-sweet treat. The foie gras is presented in the form of a smooth and savoury cremuex layered with bright figs jam and topped with toasted hazelnut dragees.

2. Pêche à la Crème: encompasses French yellow peaches, stewed with peach liqueur into soft, jammy submission and masterfully paired with a sultry Madagascan vanilla bean cream.

3. Tarte au Citron: This fruity selection celebrates the citrus combination of Grapefruit and Yuzu. This sharp bitter-sweet symphony is complemented with white chocolate popping candies and scented by sweet basil.

4. Plaisir Sucrée: This masterpiece created by Pierre Hermes is a study of hazelnuts and chocolate. Paired with decadent chocolate wafer, chocolate hazelnut cremeux, the Plaisir Sucre is indeed a classic.

5. Tarte au Pistache: Christmas is not complete without nuts. The second nut of choice in our Petits Fours is the Pistachio nut. Sicilian pistachios are chosen for their intensity of flavour and innate sweetness. Pistachio cremeux and pistachio financier sits atop a homemade tart base.
