One of my skin woes is definitely enlarged pores. I had them since my secondary school days and I always thought that they were caused by my severe acne problems. It was only until I did a research online that I realized that I was so wrong. Many people, like myself, have the misconception that the depressions formed on the skin due to acne scarrings are enlarged pores when they are really not. Acne was my biggest nightmare during my secondary school days. On some days when I woke up, I just do not feel like going to the school with my bad acne on my face (especially when I have them on my nose or above my lips). I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed about my skin condition.  When I was asked to join in to take photo, I tend to avoid them.
