Calling all food (especially zi-char) lovers!!!  This is not any ordinary Hor Fun you see in Singapore. This is Chef Joel's Silky Egg Crispy Hor Fun ($11.80)!   Who else fries hor fun like that? The thick flat rice noodles are deep fried till it is crispy before adding into the gravy. The menu celebrates all the Asian influences that make Singaporean food so unique.  Situated in the very rustic Kam Leng Hotel along Jalan Besar, the resto-bar has a similar retro and cosy feel to its interior.
