The Shine Youth Festival 2011 was officially launched yesterday (2 July 2011) by Guest-of-Honour Mr Teo Ser Luck Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry. This is the seventh run, this month-long festival organised by youths for youths, boasts a brand new marquee partner and a bigger opening. As you can see from the banners around, this year SHINE 2011 is really preparing to get BIGGER and BOLDER!!! There was a Kik Kat Chill-Out Zone for public to have a break, camwhore at the photo wall too. Having my break under the nice shelter at the Kit Kat's Chill Out Zone before all the happenings begins.
