Earlier (23 Dec 2011), I was walking by Orchard road and passed by Lucky Plaza with my friend and we were jokingly saying will it flood again at Lucky Plaza... After 30 min later, we walked passed again and it really flooded due to the long rain... I'm just curious why after so many incident of flooding and the water still flood into the Lucky Plaza? Didn't the management do something to it? It is really bad impression to the tourist at Orchard? How would they think? I really hope the management is doing something soon as I believe more rain will come in the next few weeks...
