When your birthday falls during the Christmas season and you want a unique birthday cake with that Christmas feel to it.  Thank you  MeltedSG  for making this noteworthy 2 tier round cake with pulled sugar to give the frosty effect. I was blown away when I first saw the cake and so were my guests! Not only was it a work of art, but delicious too!  A lot of my friend told me they like the taste of the cake and also the design of the cake.  One of friend, Sophie Willocq even commented that this cake remind her of the Frozen cartoon.
