Top 15 Dance Crew of Singapore Dance Delight Vol.5- Limited Edition

Limited Edition representing Singapore won their spot in the Singapore Dance Delight Vol.5 (Finals) after a tough battle of 45 teams at the Prelims held on April 26, 2014. More than 1,000 supporters and dance fans attended the event and witnessed their dance performance.

Limited Edition. An all-male androgyny crew which portrays both masculinity and femininity through the varies types of dance that they do. Limited Edition[All-Male] was created by Andreas Chua in 2012 for a showcase named Swaggout 3. After joining several dance competitions individually and performing together for showcases and shows, we then competed in EPIC: The Dance Showdown 2013 which we came in 1st place. Right now, Limited Edition is still growing. Learning more and is always looking to achieve greater heights.

Coming this Saturday (10 May 2014) 7pm, see the Top 15 Dance Crews competing with each others to achieve their dream of representing ASEAN at the world finals of Dance Delight in Japan. Japan Dance Delight is major street dance competition held annually since 1994 in Japan.

Singapore Dance Delight Vol. 5 (Finals) will be judged by a panel of world renown dancers- Ryan Tan, Acky, Dominque, Henry Link and Shaun Evaristo.

1) Why do you all have this group name?

It was first named after a favorite T-Shirt of mine which has the word 'LIMITED EDITION' printed on the front. AND i believe we are Limited Edition.

2) How did you guys join together?

We are basically dance friends who see each other around in work or in dance competitions and we have danced with each other for a number of times.

3) Where do you all normally do your dance practice?

Usually outdoor like Istana Park or Youth Park Stage. But we do have at least one day where we will head to a studio to clean ourselves up.

4) How old are the members in your group?

We are all aged between 20-27 years old.

5) Did you guys took part in any other events before?

We have taken part in a Showcase named SWAGGOUT 3 where overseas instructors were invited and also in a dance competition, EPIC: The Dance Showdown 2013 which we placed 1st.

7)Tell me what inspire you guys to dance?

Dance inspires in a way that it allows us to visually and physically EXPRESS our interpretation of different kinds of music. It provides an avenue for us to ENTERTAIN audiences. We hope to be able to EVOKE different kinds of responses from our audiences with our brand and style of dance.

8) What are your dreams and aspirations?

Dreams and aspirations.. To hit the big stage one day and do it with love and enjoyment. Also, hoping to represent singapore one day in a bigger competition.

9) What do you think is the most distinctive feature of your team?

We are constantly finding new ways to ensure that we are memorable as a crew. For me, i feel that the most distinctive feature of my team is our VERSATILITY to be able to portray both masculinity and femininity through our varies dance styles. Some may say, we are more WOMAN than most women.

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you?
