Hail Storm in Singapore?

(Video from Punk SG)

(Click on image, for another video from Andy Giger)

Hi guys!

I believed what you just saw this afternoon aound 3pm or from the video was not SNOW although you saw ice stones dropping from the sky! Affected area were Bukit Batok, Jurong and other western parts. Well I wish Singapore will snow one day though... So hot and plus the haze is MADNESS!!! I am guessing Singapore had just started the cloud-seeding to create rain! =)

On 21 June 2013, I read from somewhere that the Singapore government has prepared cloud-seeding equipment to try to induce a downpour/ rain to help remove record levels of smog.

Smoke from fires on the Sumatra Islands has contributed to thick smog in Singapore and Indonesia.

They also mentioned that rain would provide relief from the fires, which are difficult to fight because peat on the forest floor is burning up to 13 feet below ground, The Jakarta Post reported Friday.

"If there is no rain then the haze could last for weeks, or even months, as we try to generate artificial rain," Indonesian Forestry Ministry General Secretary Hadi said.

Well the cloud-seeding may be good in one way but also caused disaster...

I am hoping no one got injured over this...
Take care guys!
Don't get hit by ice stones!!! =p

But i guess everything was worth it in the end.  2) What was the prep process like? From the auditions all the way to the Grand Finals, i knew i had to step up as prior to the audition, i let myself go quite abit because of the fact that i was juggling between work and handling my 3 children. But i guess after the audition. i made a clear intent to give 100% to get ready for the grand finals and since then, i made more conscious de...

To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Yes definitely, Im always nervous whenever there is a Q&A segment as im afraid I’ll freeze up on stage or not be able to give a satisfactory answer.
