Best Claypot Dishes in Singapore

Three reasons why choose Claypot cooking dishes?
1) Claypot have good airflow, good heat insulation,
and therefore locking all the moisture and nutrients in while cooking.
When heated, it provides slow evaporation of steam.
2)  This moist environment is conducive for cooking, resulting in very tender and
juicy meats that are also richer in taste.
3) For the health conscious, claypot cooking uses less oil yet retains its natural
flavours.
