In celebration of St. Patrick Day, GUINNESS would like to invite you to join them for a week of fun, food, music and perfect Guinness pints from 11-17 March 2015.

The local week-long extravaganza will feature a wide range of activities from foot-tapping Irish dance and music performances to delectable food and drink specials available all across Singapore, promising an energetic, fun-filled week to remember. For instance, catch Jack & Rai pay a fitting tribute to Irish music at Timbre @ The Substation, witness top international chefs battle it out at Singapore’s 19th Guinness Oyster Opening Championship at Muddy Murphy’s or sink your teeth into specially created Guinness-infused tapas at Fabrika @ Klapsons, all accompanied by special GUINNESS offers.

A key highlight of the action is the St. Patrick’s Street Festival taking place at Boat Quay and the adjacent Circular Road. Supported by GUINNESS, the Official Beer of the event, St. Patrick’s Street Festival, a modern celebration of all things Irish, will kick-off on 13 March and culminate in the iconic St. Patrick’s Day Parade on 15 March. Free for all to participate, the parade will march from the Asian Civilizations Museum to Circular Road. (Scroll down to see the full list St. Patrick’s Festival activities in Singapore).

“The extension of this year’s St. Patrick’s celebrations reinforces Guinness’ passion for friendship and togetherness at one of the most iconic festivals in the world. This St. Patrick’s Festival, Guinness invites its fans and their friends to seven days of great food, memorable music, and of course great Guinness to bring people together!” said Mr. Rene de Monchy, Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore.

St. Patrick’s Day was established in honour of the patron saint of Ireland (St. Patrick) for bringing Christianity to the Emerald Isle for the first time. Over the years, the 17 March holiday has transformed into a multi-dimensional festival celebrated with parades, parties and of course, GUINNESS by people all over the world.

Guinness should be enjoyed throughout the St. Patrick’s Festival, and on any other occasion, responsibly. For more information, visit
