Chilled Strawberry Cheesecake

For the Cheese Top:

- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 of water
- 4 teaspoons of Gelatine

For the base:
- 15 pieces Digestive Biscuit (Change it to 12 biscuit cause I realised my bas was too thick)
- Salted butter (230g)

How to make:
Step 1- Crunched the biscuit and add in the softened butter and mixed well.
Step 2- Pour the biscuit into the tray and pressed it down with a spoon for the base.
Make sure the base is pressed well till no crack line.
Step 3- As for the Cheese on top, pour all the ingredients as stated into a pot and boiled in low fire.
Keep stirring till it is smooth.
Step 4- Pour it over the cheesecake base
Step 5- Add in your desired fruit (Strawberry, pineapple, etc)
Step 6- Put it into the fridge and chilled for 3-4 hours before serving.
