Dream Date - Millennium Hotels & Resorts x Dream Academy

I was invited to the party of this Millennium! Dream Date @ The Grand Shanghai by Millennium Hotels and Resorts on 16 October 2015 in conjunction with Dream Academy's 15th Birthday celebration !

I am really honoured and happy to be celebrating this great milestone!

The event was specially crafted for a one night only experience with 6 varieties of canapés from Orchard Hotel (Hua Ting), Copthorne King’s Hotel (Tien Court) & Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel (Grand Shanghai) served with Sparkling Rose wine from France.

The evening were filled with great entertainment by the top theatre performers from Dream Academy, accompanied with a sumptuous 8-course dinner.

Celebrity Masterchefs of Millennium Hotels & Resorts displaying their culinary prowess in the kitchen of Grand Shanghai Restaurant.

First up was the Deluxe Cold Dish Combination consisting of Drunken Chicken, Jelly Fish in Spring Onion Oil, Smoked Egg and Crispy Eel.

This was wonderfully paired with Envfol Chardonnay.

Shanghainese Steamed Pork and Crabmeat Dumplings

Grand Shanghai Signature Dessert which comprised of osmanthus jelly with wolf berries, fried egg white soufflé with red bean paste.

This dessert was paired with Pirramimma Late Harvest Riesling.
