The Addams Family - a twisted love story

Peek into the lives of the mysterious and infamous Addams family and you will find valuable lessons and life meanings being unfolded. This light-hearted, deftly plotted musical is injected with a wry sense of humour that leaves you laughing at their twisted mindsets and behaviours. Yet, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much the family upholds honesty and love amongst themselves, in their own quirky ways.

The storyline centres around the princess of the family, Wednesday Addams who has fallen in love with a young, smart and “normal” boyfriend. Afraid of objections and critics from her mum, Morticia, she confided in her father, Gomez Addams instead and insisted that he keeps the secret. What would you do as a father who never wants to hurt his daughter and has never kept a secret from his beloved wife?

Expect a series of incidents that follow, which makes you reflect on the reality of life or admire the unexpected bond amongst the Addams family. The musical is highly remarkable in expanding the stories of each character and presenting a well-rounded plot, yet keeping it fun and lively throughout. This 2 hours 30 minutes musical written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice (creators of multi-award-winning Jersey Boys) will warm up every heart. Immerse in an evening of catchy tunes with music and lyrics composed by Andrew Lippa.

A perfect musical for couples and families! Be sure to catch it before it ends on 3 December 2017!
