A newspapers selling uncle who sat here near the bus stop alway feed the birds. It's kind of him to feed them in a way but it became littering the place if the birds do not eat like this.
I think the uncle should not have throw so much on the floor. He should throw one at a time. What mess is left behind now.... Poor sweeper got to clear the mess later.
