Happy Father's Day Kit Kat Cheesecake

Father's Day is a day of commemoration and celebration of Dad just like Mother's Day. It is a day to not only honor your father, but all men who have acted as a father figure in your life - whether as Stepfathers, Uncles, Grandfathers, or "Big Brothers." It is celebrated on the third Sunday of June in Singapore and many countries.

This year Father's Day will falls on Sunday, June 19th, and what will you be getting your dad this year? Beside giving him the same gift every year such as socks, ties, shirts or cologne, why not cook or make something for him.

Well I know it may not be easy but I’m here to share this very simple making of Kit Kat Cheesecake with you. I have made many type of cheesecakes but this was the 1st time I tried to make this unique Kit Kat Cheesecake and it turned out really GREAT. Thus would like to share these recipes with you all! Trust me it is easy and you no need a oven for this!

Cheesecake base
a)8 x 2 Kit Kat Wafer Fingers

Cheese cake top:
a) 250g cream cheese
b) 1 can of nestle cream (170g)
c) 1 cup of warm water
d) 2 tablespoon gelatine
e) 3tablespoon sugar
f) 3 teaspoon of lemon juice
3) Some strawberries

How to make the base:
- Crush the Kit Kat in their packs with a rolling pin.
- Pour the Kit Kats into a microwave bowl and melt (about 30 seconds)
- Smooth melted Kit Kats over the base of a 12 inch springform pan. Spread evenly and placed inside fridge for 20 minute.

How to make the Cheesecake top:
- Mix cheese,nestle cream,gelatine, sugar and water into a pot.
- Boil altogether in low fire and keep stiring till smooth.
- Allow it to cool a little before pouring it on top the Cheesecake base.
- Decorate with strawberries or any of your father’s favourite fruit.
- Put in refrigerator and chill 3 hrs.


YES! The cheesecake is READY to serve!!!


This Kit Kat Cheesecake is simply the BEST OF BOTH WORLD- delicious combination of smooth milk chocolate and light, crispy wafers and the rich creamy cheese. I called this a little taste of heaven.
