New Menu at Spices Cafe, Concorde Hotel Singapore

For all café and restaurants, beside going back for our favourites, we usually look forward to new items on the menu!

I'm happy to share the new menu of Spices Café located inside Corcorde Hotel Singapore.

Featuring a morden and classically designed new menu, discover the world as you savour a plethora of local and international dishes that will light up your taste buds.

Recently awarded the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdivsor, Spices Café is know for its utmost hospitality that comes with delectable cuisines exquisitely prepared by the team of dedicated Chefs. Its new menu aims to provide a wider variety of items tyo cater to the different taste and preferences of inviduals.

Here are some of the new dishes in the new menu:

Pan fried goose liver on Mantou

Accompanied by crisp lettuce and sweet Lychee sauce

Lobster bisque with brandy cream.

Served with lobster meat and croutons. Love this bisque! Very flavourful!

Sautéed escargot

Served on breaded whole portobello Mushroom and raspberry vinaigrette

Tom yum kung

Served with prawns, Thai herbs and straw Mushroom. The prawns are fresh and succulent!

Grilled porterhouse steak

Served with fresh fries, arugula salad with classic beef jus.

Grilled Kurobuta pork chop

served with gratin potato, shiitake mushroom, seasonal vegetables and grated apple sauce.

Grilled Australian lamb rack with sweet mint sauce

served with grilled polenta and served vegetable.

Phat kaphrao moo sab

Stir fries mince pork with Thai basil served with fragrant jasmine rice and topped with fried egg. This is one of my favourite hearty meal!

Bbq seafood platter

Half lobster, scallop prawn, muscle, fish, butter rice served with garlic with mayo or black pepper sauce. Cannot decide on what seafood to have, this will be a good option!

Lobster thermidor

Baked with hollandaise sauce and serve with butter rice.

Berries berries

2 scoop of Cherry ice cream with fresh creamy and topped with fresh blackberry, Raspberry and blackberry. Best to have this on a hot weather!

Creme brulee

traditional French custard with caramelized sugar & topped with fresh berries

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you?
