8) Imperial Court – Imperial Court is a great restaurant to provide majestic Chinese cuisine. The food is created from the finest ingredients, distinguished especially by the use of seasonal ingredients, as well as authentic traditional techniques – but with a decidedly unique spin.
Dim Sum appetiser combination. Chef has crafted each appetiser into a culinary surprise by reinventing traditional dim sums. The Barbecued Duck Liver and Pork Skewers is incredibly tasty.
Steam Crab Claw with Egg
White – One of my favourite dish. Silky smooth steamed egg white that melts in
your mouth immediately. Take a bite of the fresh crab pincer meat for a mild
taste of the sea. So, refreshing.
Simmered spinach with
peach gum and nostoc in pumpkin soup. Spinach was cooked to the perfect
softness. Experience different layers of flavours when you eat a little of
everything.
