Café Richard - A Taste Of Paris

The coffee enthusiast will definitely be familiar with Café Richard. With more than 2.4 million cups of coffee served daily worldwide, the cafe has finally landed its first flagship cafe at Sky Avenue Genting

Café Richard started out as a traditional French-Style coffee roaster, it evolves from the Maison Richard founded in 1892. Their passion for espresso is closely linked with their expertise when it comes to carefully selecting the most quality beans and assuring the perfect traditional French roast. They have also been applauded for its wonderful range of classic and herbal infusions.

At Café Richard, you can choose amongst a plethora of drinks, ranging from hand-brewed coffee, slow coffee, coffee cocktails, coffee mocktail. If coffee is not for you, the cafe also offers various types of teas and cocktails to suit your preference.

As a cafe which specialises in the art of brewing coffee, they provide a wide range of brewing methods - Chemex, Cold Drip, French Press or Syphon. Each method brings out a different characteristic in the coffee, proving a unique experience with each cup.

There is also a wide range of desserts to complete your afternoon tea experience.

COFFEE MENU

I found the price of the tea and coffee to be quite reasonable too. Please note that the price stated above are in Ringgit.

Never thought that I would feel as though I had stepped into a Parisian cafe while actually being in Genting. The entire place was filled with the aroma of the coffee beans. Café Richard is really a very nice place to hangout and chill. They also provide free high-speed wifi, much faster than the one in Starbucks! The staff here was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the coffee too.

Make sure u sign up for the complimentary Genting Rewards Membership card first before visiting the Café Richard as members will have a 10% discount.

INTERVIEW WITH MR WORLD SINGAPORE 2022 (SENIOR): S3 UMAR ABDUL HAMID

 1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? Personally, as the grand final day drew nearer, and diet and water had to be stricter, it was hard trying to keep up with the nutrition portion as well as the rest and recovery portion. Aside from that, i was starting to feel a little more anxious that i should and a huge part of it was because i invited my mother to be part of the audience and i wanted the event to be memorable for her. But i guess everything was worth it in the end.  2) What was the prep process like? From the auditions all the way to the Grand Finals, i knew i had to step up as prior to the audition, i let myself go quite abit because of the fact that i was juggling between work and handling my 3 children. But i guess after the audition. i made a clear intent to give 100% to get ready for the grand finals and since then, i made more conscious de...
