Upon arrival, I was asked to fill up my personal particulars and my scalp concerns. The consultation was done professionally by the hair expert. They also did a close-up scan of my scalp by capturing different parts of my head, where they showed me some of my problem areas.

This was one of the my before scalp image and from the photo you can see my scalp is not in a good state. It is greasy, and there are oil clogging up some hair follicles which impedes hair growth.

I was then brought to their treatment room.

I like how cooling it is when apply to my scalp. It is also very soothing with a slight scent of lemongrass. The mask helps to deep cleanse the scalp by removing impurities and excess sebum. The application takes up about 20 minutes to detox my scalp and absorb the nutrients. 

Deep Cleansing Wash



It was an enjoyable hair wash where the hair expert massage each and every single pressure point of my head. The soothing botanical hair wash not only deeply cleanse your scalp but also regulate the pH balance of your scalp and remove the dead skin and grime.

Tonic and Scalp Massage 


The consultant will apply the tonic onto my scalp to strengthen the cohesion of keratin fibres to improve the hair density. After application, they did a scalp massage to ensure the nutrients and proteins are fully absorbed into your scalp!

The scalp massage was really relaxing and I almost felt asleep! 

Infrared Therapy Light  
This red light that is shinning onto my head are actually the infrared therapy light, it helps to improve blood circulation in your scalp, in turn increasing oxygen flow to the hair follicles. It also helps to open up the pores and clean up your hair roots and prevent the follicles from becoming dormant!

It's AMAZING! I was very pleased with how clean my scalp felt, which made such a big difference to me as I always struggle with greasy scalp problems. In the Before scans, you can see the sebum buildup on my scalp which usually comes off as dandruff. This was completely removed and the follicles are visibly clean and clear in the After scans. The results were extremely satisfying for just 1 session only! I can imagine if I continue to do the treatment regularly, my scalp will definitely be healthier which helps to speed up healthy hair growth.
