Celebrate the eve of the Lunar New Year and renew familial ties with a “Grand Reunion” dinner celebration. Summer Pavilion 





Indulge in exquisite culinary highlights handcrafted by Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong at the One Michelin Star Summer Pavilion this Lunar New Year. Perfect for hosting extended family reunions or company events, Summer Pavilion’s six private dining rooms can accommodate between eight to 30 guests. Look forward to festive dishes such as abalone and black caviar yu sheng, double-boiled Japanese geoduck clam superior soup with bamboo pith and black goji berries, and the Duo of Prawn. Five- to eight-course set lunch and dinner menus are priced from SGD 88, and are available from 29 January to 2 March 2018. Diners celebrating the first 15 days of the Lunar New Year at Summer Pavilion, will receive a set of exclusive Ritz-Carlton red packets, and a pair of Mandarin oranges, per reservation.

Colony 


Savour Lunar New Year specials at seven conservatory kitchens helmed by ‘live’ culinary showmanship as you enjoy a convivial gathering with family and friends. Culinary highlights include the duo treasures of sea whelk and salmon with ikura yu sheng, baked fortune chicken with abalone and black truffle, abalone with broccoli and mushroom, lobster noodle soup and “nian gao” crepe.

The Lo Hei reunion dinner on 15 February 2018 is priced at SGD 208 per adult and includes unlimited pours of sparkling wines, house pour red/white wines, draft beer and soft drinks. Guests may also opt for the Lo Hei lunch or dinner celebrations at Colony.

Savour culinary delights such as the creamy jumbo crab with herbed crust, sea whelk noodles in superior chicken broth, cognac-infused lobster bisque and braised pork leg with yam. The Lo Hei lunch on 16, 17 and 22 February 2018 is priced at SGD 78 per adult, while the Lo Hei dinner on 16 to 18 February and 22 February 2018 is priced at SGD 108 per adult.

For an unconventional Lunar New Year celebration, indulge in a Lo Hei Vintage Champagne Brunch on 18 February 2018 where freshly shucked oysters, baked salmon with hoisin and lime glaze, beef wellington with truffle sauce, and stone grilled kurobuta pork await. The Lo Hei Vintage Champagne Brunch is priced at SGD 192 per adult and includes unlimited pours of Moët and Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2008 and Rosé 2008.

Guests dining at Colony from 15 through 18 February, and on 22 February 2018 will receive a set of limited edition Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges, per reservation.

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. It really made me tear up seeing how emotional he got while on his knee 2) What was the prep process like? The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Though vigorous, I felt that they were all enjoyable with the class of 2022 around. 3) Are there any nervous moments and stress factors during the competition and how did you deal with it?
