If you’re on TikTok or Instagram lately, you’ve probably seen Meet Mee Pan Mee everywhere.  This viral instant noodle from KL has been making waves for its chewy texture, savoury-sweet sauce, and that addictive fiery chili kick. Naturally, I had to try it for myself — and wow, I get the hype. The noodles cook up beautifully springy and bouncy, just like fresh ban mian, while the sauce coats each strand in umami-packed, savoury-sweet goodness.
