What a great day of sweating out....

Yesterday (Wed) after my work, met up with GJ, Kevin Yap and Tommy at IMH for running (3.2km) and followed by badminton playing for around 2 hrs. It was a great time playing with them.

We are keeping this badminton playing hobbies every week at least one time. Lopoking forward for our next playing. Kevin Yap played really well! Keep it up and the rest of us must gambate!
