Delicious pineapple tart recipe using SCS butter

Chinese New Year is just around the corner! During Chinese New Year, you will get to see every Chinese home serving their guests with different interesting festive snacks and drinks. One snack you will commonly see at every Chinese homes will be the Pineapple tarts.  

Some people prefer to buy from their favourite bakery stores. While some love to bake their own. I actually prefer eating homebake pineapple tarts!
