New Executive Pastry Chef Florent Castagnos makes his debut at Conrad Centennial Singapore with four new flavours of log cakes this season. With 13 years’ experience under his belt, Chef Florent puts his twist to transform the all-time favourite royal hazelnut crunch cake into Royale Hazelnut Crunch, a rich truffle mousse with a crunchy nougatine centre log cake. From classic butter cream logs infused with orange or coffee, to modern mousse logs – these log cakes will definitely please any sweet cravings.

Hazelnut sponge with coffee-infused butter cream and roasted caramelized hazelnut
