And everytime during Chinese New Year period, McDonald’s will have something special to delight their customers! This year they is giving a modern twist to Chinese New Year with the new Golden Prosperity Burger, limited edition orange bags and more!

With a mix of new offerings and classic favourites, McDonald’s® inspires families to relive the traditions of Chinese New Year with their loved ones.

Prosperity Beef and Chicken Burgers

From 29 December 2016, the Prosperity Beef or Chicken Burger (from $5.40), a must-have for every Chinese New Year, returns to restaurants islandwide in single and double patties. Dipped in black pepper sauce, the succulent grilled beef or chicken patty is topped with slivered onions and served in-between soft sesame seed buns.

Golden Prosperity Beef and Chicken Burgers

For those who enjoy a little reinterpretation to their classic favourites, McDonald’s will be bringing the Prosperity Burgers to the next level by adding some crunch to the burgers, serving them with a piece of golden Hashbrown that sits atop the grilled beef or chicken patty. Customers can get a taste of the Golden Prosperity Beef or Chicken Burger (from $6.30) at all participating McDonald’s restaurants1 and via McDelivery® from 12 January 2017.

Excludes McCafé, Dessert Kiosks, KK Hospital, Parklane Shopping Mall, Lucky Chinatown Point and Tampines Interchange Kiosk

Complete your Prosperity meal with the all-time-favourite Twister Fries or with a set of savoury Sweet

BBQ Drumlets which are available in 2pc (from $2.20) and 10pc (from $10.80) options. To ensure
sweetness in your life, treat yourself to the Gula Melaka McFlurry with Rainbow Bites (from $2.90).
These offerings will be available from 29 December 2016, while stocks last.

Orange bags and red packets

This Chinese New Year, customers can also celebrate and visit their relatives and friends in style with
McDonald’s limited edition orange bags and red packets.

The limited edition orange bags come in two unique designs – the French Fries and McCafé Frappe.
They are available for purchase at $5 each from 12 January 2017 onwards with any orders made via McDelivery and over the McCafé counters, on a while stocks last basis. Customers are limited to purchase one orange bag per transaction.

A minimum order of $10 applies to all McDelivery orders. For deliveries to addresses in Jurong Industrial Area/Tuas, Changi/Loyang, Ocean Drive (Sentosa), Marina Bay Sands and Seletar, the minimum order is $60.

The McDonald’s red packets are available in four exclusive designs this year and comes complimentary in a set of six with every purchase of a Golden Prosperity Burger Extra Value Meal at all participating McDonald’s restaurants and via McDelivery from 12 January 2017, on a while stocks last basis.

Customers who enjoy the Golden Prosperity meal at our participating restaurants will receive a set of red packets featuring the designs of French Fries, Big Mac and Sundae, while those who order the meal via McDelivery will receive a set featuring the designs of French Fries, Big Mac and McCafé Frappe. Designs may vary depending on stock.

The Prosperity Menu is available after breakfast hours in all restaurants and via McDelivery, while stocks last.

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. It really made me tear up seeing how emotional he got while on his knee 2) What was the prep process like? The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend.
