Champagne and Xiao Long Bao Dinner

As the saying goes, good things come in small packages. Taking this to heart, renowned Chef Ku Keung of award-winning Golden Peony restaurant will be partnering with Master Wang to create a unique dining experience featuring Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) dreamt from their favourite dishes.
Minced Iberico Spanish Collar Pork and Black Truffle XLB with Abalone 

Indulge in a six-course Champagne paired dinner to sample the dish that inspired them in its entirety before tucking into the corresponding Xiao Long Bao. From delicate Bedford Scallops, to Foie Gras with London Duck as well as Chilli Crab, each mouthful will be a burst of new flavours.

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. It really made me tear up seeing how emotional he got while on his knee 2) What was the prep process like? The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Though vigorous, I felt that they were all enjoyable with the class of 2022 around. 3) Are there any nervous moments and stress factors during the competition and how did you deal with it? Yes definitely, Im always nervous whenever there is a Q&A segment as im afraid I’ll freeze up on stage or not be able to give a satisfactory answer.
