Missed Aaron Kwok but we had fun CAMWHORING!!!

The Race with a Heart of Gold - Longines Singapore Gold Cup 2011

The crown jewel of our local turf, the Longines Singapore Gold Cup and Annual Charity Race Day provided an afternoon of adrenaline and glamour.

Guest -of-honour, President Tony Tan Keng Yam also helped present cheques totalling $1.5mil to 23 charities on behalf of the Tote Board and Singapore Turf Club.

Longines, the title sponsor of the Singapore Gold Cup hosted a charity luncheon graced by Longines Vice-President and Head of International Marketing Mr Juan-Carlos Capelli, Longines Ambassador of Elegance, Mr Aaron Kwok and over 300 guests.

A total amount of S$241,136 through outright donations, table sales and charity auction was raised for Chaoyang School,
one of the social service programmes supported by Community Chest.

Over 300 racegoers experienced the thrill of the races up close at the Marquee. Good food, Great fun was the theme of the afternoon.
