Firing up one of Christmas’s quintessential delicacies with the interplay of spices and inspired by Singapore’s well-liked satay sauce, Park Hotel Group’s succulent Asian-flavoured Turkey with Cumin & Ground Hazelnut Sauce is a must-try. The turkey is marinated with cumin spices before it is baked and basted to perfection at a low-temperature of 120°C, ensuring the meat is luscious, tender and juicy. Springing a little Christmas flavour, hazelnut sauce (hazelnut liquour and cream) is used, giving an interesting yet familiar twist to the classic satay sauce. This delicacy is specially created to satisfy both Western and local palates.


Christmas isn't complete without this festive favourite or as many call it- the King of Christmas Feasts – a mouthwatering pink premium ham sitting prominently on the dining table for all to admire- the Glazed Five Spice Gammon Ham. With a rich, citrus and spicy sweet take on the classic baked glazed ham, the Glazed Five Spice Gammon Ham is baked at a low temperature with honey, brown sugar, freshly grated honey pineapple puree and Five Spice powder. Using fresh orange juice and chicken jus with cinnamon, the Orange Cinnamon Sauce dazzles with a touch of Cointreau liquor and a drop of raspberry vinegar – pure succulence.

It is so irresistible! Crispy and the meat is so juicy!

Roasted Australian Wagyu Hind Shank with Thyme Jus from Open House is really good. 
The meat is so tender and juicy. It is definitely one of my favorite!
