Balinese Buffet at Spice Brasserie- $78 for TWO ADULTS!!!


In Indonesia pig roast is called Babi Guling (Suckling Pig). This unique cooking method of pig is currently available in Singapore at Spice Brasserie, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road. From now till 12 Sept, come to Spice Brasserie for a buffet spread barbequed in a flavour-rich Balinese Style, infused with various spices and seasoning.


You will be able to handpick your own seafood from the live station too!

Enjoy a variety of renowned Balinese dishes such as Grilled Lobster in Coconut, Clam Satay, Cumi Cumi Lsi (Stuffed Squid), Ikan Bakar, Crab Bakar and many more.

To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. It really made me tear up seeing how emotional he got while on his knee 2) What was the prep process like? The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Though vigorous, I felt that they were all enjoyable with the class of 2022 around. 3) Are there any nervous moments and stress factors during the competition and how did you deal with it?
