Raffles Singapore Presents Its Decadent Range of Mooncakes

Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival this year with Raffles Singapore’s renowned range of handcrafted mooncakes. New to the selection is the Snow-Skin Earl Grey Tea and Pearl Truffle Mooncake, featuring a rich milk chocolate truffle infused with premium earl grey tea at its core. The milk chocolate centre is studded with tiny, dark chocolate-coated cereal puffs for a delicate crunch.

A must-have every year is the Raffles Singapore’s decadent Snow-Skin Champagne Truffle and Ganache Mooncake. The iconic original creation contains creamy white lotus paste with a Champagne white chocolate truffle at its heart. More perennial favourites making a return include the Snow-Skin Raffles Cognac Truffle Mooncake or the Snow-Skin Irish Coffee Truffle Mooncake. The former boasts a slightly bitter dark chocolate center with a kick of brandy while hints of Irish whiskey and coffee liqueur make the latter the perfect treat for a night cap.

Raffles Singapore’s traditional options showcase classic baked mooncakes elevated with premium ingredients. Made with white lotus paste, the double yolk mooncakes are generously filled with macadamia nuts. The single yolk versions, on the other hand, are baked with mother-of-pearl powder. This calcium-rich powder is made from ground mother-of-pearl which has long been hailed for its medicinal and health benefits.
