Helming the role of Senior Chef De Partie at the Waterfront Restaurant in JW Marriott Khao Lak, Chef Chayanan Pila is endowed with more than 10 years of culinary experience and a conspicuous passion for cooking. Passionate about experimenting with memorable dishes, Chef Lek is dedicated to creating Thai cuisine that is authentically local yet contemporary and refine. She uses the freshest products, and interplays with a meticulous selection of herbs and spices to enhance the flavours of these epicurean delights.
With over 22 years’ of culinary experience, Chef Kamol Chukaew, the Chef De Partie, believes that the simplicity of good, honest food is the best. Without compromising with the culinary traditions of Thai cuisine, he is focuses on the mixture of flavours, textures and aromas to deliver a unique experience for all guests.
