The Hungry Bazterdz
Headed by a man that is driven with a passion to roast, make and create for the general masses and those that like a little more adventure on their palette. Nomad the Gallant has expanded his operation from coffee to roasted meats, jerk and satay.

Uncle G’s Handmade
Uncle G’s Handmade was started by Kenneth and Joey, a husband and wife team in 2013. They started life as weekend traders at Pasarbella’s soft launch, where they introduced their Signature Crispy Roast Pork. Together with his wife Joey, who loves research and all things pretty, they went on to attend professional baking classes and have since added chocolate, pastry and bread skills to their repertoire. G sounds the same as "Pig" in Cantonese, handmade was added to reflect what they are about, self made sauces, minimal processed ingredients.

Kaffles
New specialty waffle shop Kaffles opens for only one time a week on Saturdays, 7 hours each time from 6pm to 1am. The name Kaffles comes from a combination of the owners’ names Kenny and Kimberley with waffles. Both have some F&B experience – Kimberly the owner of now-closed Mean Bean & Wicked Grind, and Kenny the owner-operator of a small catering business. Kaffles is proud to be the first to launch the “drumstick” waffles in Singapore. With an inverted chocolate coated cone brightened with rainbow sprinkles sitting atop the ice cream.

Nomad The Gallant Coffee
With a keen eye for selecting and roasting the finest coffee beans, Nomad the Gallant have developed a reputation and local following for creating aromatic specialty coffee blends. The brand has grown a lot in a short span and now supplies cafes and hotels all over Singapore.

Bak Kut Teh by Song Fa
The legacy of Song Fa began in the year 1969 as he began serving piping hot Bak Kut Teh from his pushcart stall on the streets of Johor Road, Singapore. Song Fa is about reliving the heritage of good old Bak Kut Teh in it's truest sense, the original dining experience where you enjoy "fall-off-the-bone" tender pork ribs and flavourful, peppery, spice-infused hot broth in an elaborate 1960s roadside dining atmosphere.

Personally, as the grand final day drew nearer, and diet and water had to be stricter, it was hard trying to keep up with the nutrition portion as well as the rest and recovery portion. Aside from that, i was starting to feel a little more anxious that i should and a huge part of it was because i invited my mother to be part of the audience and i wanted the event to be memorable for her. But i guess everything was worth it in the end.  2) What was the prep process like? From the auditions all the way to the Grand Finals, i knew i had to step up as prior to the audition, i let myself go quite abit because of the fact that i was juggling between work and handling my 3 children. But i guess after the audition. i made a clear intent to give 100% to get ready for the grand finals and since then, i made more conscious de...

To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Yes definitely, Im always nervous whenever there is a Q&A segment as im afraid I’ll freeze up on stage or not be able to give a satisfactory answer.
