This year, Crowne Plaza® Changi Airport introduces traditional baked mooncakes in three variations; White Lotus Paste with Double Egg Yolk, White Lotus Paste with Single Egg Yolk and White Lotus Paste with Melon Seeds. These meticulously crafted mooncakes are filled with luscious and smooth white lotus paste and baked to golden brown perfection. The sweetness of the white lotus paste is complemented by the salted egg yolk, and pleases the palates with a superb balance of sweet and savoury.
