Exclusive Promotion at Wolfpack Bar & Bistro!!!

Wolfpack Bar & Bistro - Another late night hangout venue located along Upper Thomson Road where many well know cafes and dessert shops were gathered along that stretch of road.

The place is big and yet cozy. I personally do not like places that has limited walking space and easily bump on anything when you get up from your seat but Wolfpack Bar & Bistro has pleased me with their space design.

Retro bottle-caps hanging on their wall that gives a feeling of nostalgia that brings back some old good memories.

Their little bar where they serve their drinks from.

Cream of Mushroom (S$7.90) - Wild mushroom, button mushroom and light cream. Soup is thick and creamy. I like the pulpy texture of the mushroom that brings out the fragrance of the mushrooms as you chew to swallow.

MUST TRY!!!
Calamari Ring (S$12.90) - Fresh squid ring with homemade tomato salsa sauce. This is one of my best calamari ring I  have eaten so far. I do not know how does the chef come out with the marinade, it just taste so fantastic. Indeed addictive.

Chicken Satay Skewer (S$12.90) - Served with cucumber, shallot & homemade peanut sauce (10 sticks). I like it more burnt if not it's still a good choice. Meat was tender and juicy.

Fish Otah Quesadilla (S$12.90) - Fish otah, jalapeno chilli, flour tortilla & mozzarella cheese. Even though this was not a Chef choice, i still think it is still worth a try. A very interesting combination of the Mexican and Asian delight.

MUST TRY!!!
Soft Shell Crab (S$14.90) - Coated with house batter, topped with mini man-tou and accompanied by Singapore's all-time favorite chilli crab sauce. This was my favorite dish from them. Love the crispy battered skin on the outer when you munch it. It was not as oily as i thought, yet you still can be able to taste the freshness of the juicy soft shell crab's meat.

Sauteed Clam (S$12.90) - Fresh clams, garlic, basil leaf, chop chilli & white wine sauce. Clams are gloriously plump and juicy.

CHEF RECOMMENDATION!!!
Funghi & Salami Pizza (S$17.90) - Pacific dory, mesclun leaf, french fries and wild mushrooms, German cooked salami, basil tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Creatively delicious!!

MY RECOMMENDATION!!!
Prosciutto Pizza (S$17.90) - Smoke parma ham, fresh rocket leaf, basil tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. The rocket leaves carry a little bitter peppery flavor giving the pizza a refreshing after taste.

Vongole Aglio-Olio (S$16.90) - Fresh clams, garlic flakes, chop chilli, basil leaf and white wine sauce and choice of spaghetti or linguine pasta.

CHEF RECOMMENDATION!!!
Batter Fish & Chips (S$19.90) - Pacific dory, mesclun leaf, french fries and pickle tartar sauce. Quite a generous portion of the fish fillet with crunchy battered skin on the outside and meat was soft and tender-licious!!

Wolfpack Bar and Bistro is certainly a good place to hang out with friends and family. They provide great entertainments such as the darts machines and screening live soccer matches in their bar.

Personally, as the grand final day drew nearer, and diet and water had to be stricter, it was hard trying to keep up with the nutrition portion as well as the rest and recovery portion. Aside from that, i was starting to feel a little more anxious that i should and a huge part of it was because i invited my mother to be part of the audience and i wanted the event to be memorable for her. But i guess everything was worth it in the end.  2) What was the prep process like? From the auditions all the way to the Grand Finals, i knew i had to step up as prior to the audition, i let myself go quite abit because of the fact that i was juggling between work and handling my 3 children. But i guess after the audition. i made a clear intent to give 100% to get ready for the grand finals and since then, i made more conscious de...

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. It really made me tear up seeing how emotional he got while on his knee 2) What was the prep process like? The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Though vigorous, I felt that they were all enjoyable with the class of 2022 around. 3) Are there any nervous moments and stress factors during the competition and how did you deal with it? Yes definitely, Im always nervous whenever there is a Q&A segment as im afraid I’ll freeze up on stage or not be able to give a satisfactory answer. I guess how I dealt with it was to just let down my shoulders and enjoy the moment. Being relaxed and just being myself because that’s what people want to see! 4...
