with the Six-Course Mid-Autumn Reunion Set Menu. The exquisite Mid-Autumn collection will
be on sale from 7 August to 4 October 2017.
New flavours this year include the Pandan
Paste with Single Yolk, featuring the
aromatic blend of pandan-infused lotus paste
and salted egg yolk, cocooned within golden
brown pastry. Also making its debut this year
is the Caramel with White Lotus Paste Single
Yolk, a seamless blend of rich caramel and
fine textured egg yolk that promisesto charm
with its contrasting sweet and salty flavours.
For the health conscious, the newly launched
Low Sugar Purple Sweet Potato with White
Lotus Paste Single Yolk will please with its
purple sweet potato imbued lotus paste that
is rich in anti-oxidants. Also new this year is
the Mixed Nuts with Chicken Ham, a textural
combination of walnuts, almond, preserved
melon, sesame seeds, melon seeds, olive
seeds and macadamia nuts; chicken ham is
added to lend a savoury hint, enhancing the
overall nuttiness of the mooncake.
