With 13 years’ experience under his belt, Chef Florent puts his twist to transform the all-time favourite royal hazelnut crunch cake into Royale Hazelnut Crunch, a rich truffle mousse with a crunchy nougatine centre log cake. From classic butter cream logs infused with orange or coffee, to modern mousse logs – these log cakes will definitely please any sweet cravings.
