Have the Biggest, Brightest and Most Magical Experiences at Christmas Wonderland

We might not experience real snow or have reindeers in sunny Singapore, but Christmas in Singapore is as big as any other celebration during the year. If you are looking for something memorable to mark the festivities, visit Christmas Wonderland, Singapore’s biggest annual yuletide fair. The fourth edition of the enchanting Christmas Wonderland will cast a spell on Singapore from 1 December to 26 December, 2017.

Organised by Blue Sky Events, visitors can look forward to be dazzled by picturesque luminarie light sculptures, brand new attractions, yuletide activities, as well as retail and dining options across the 57,000sqm festival ground.

The magnificent luminarie – sculptures of light, a mainstay of the event, will feature 80 handcrafted light sculptures with brand new designs at this year’s Christmas Wonderland. For the first time, the event will feature a 13m tall Christmas ‘tree’ as well as the tallest luminarie in Southeast Asia, the Spalliera. Here, visitors can experience ‘snow’ in the tropics with the nightly Blizzard Time, which has been increased from three to five sessions daily due to its overwhelming popularity.

Surrounded by luminous light sculptures, visitors can skate under the stars at Singapore’s largest outdoor skating rink at the event.

Unforgettable treats await – the highly-acclaimed Circus Abyssinia from Ethiopia makes its Asian premiere with gravity-defying stunts and astounding acrobatics. Flying reindeers amid a starry nightscape and stunning photo installations greet visitors as they step into Asia’s largest Santa’s Grotto. Over 100 prizes will be given away daily and one lucky winner will win the grand prize of a trip to Lapland, Finland.

Food aficionados can head to SAVOUR for celebrity chef creations priced from $6 from award-winning restaurants and dine alfresco under the twinkling lights or in airconditioned Snow Globes, a first at Christmas Wonderland. Diners can also head to the Finest Wine Market where over 130 types of wines from around the world awaits. A treasure trove of activities, treats and gifting gems are in store at the Supertree Grove. Free Festive Workshops and more retail options are available for the first time at the all-new Mistletoe Alley, whilst the European-style Festive Market offers unique readymade gifts and a wide variety of culinary offerings. Visitors can also enjoy Christmas carols and live performances at the magical Cassa Armonica gazebo, or sing along to popular yuletide tunes with the Garden Rhapsody: Christmas Edition light show. Traditional carnival games and kiddie rides, including the classic Carousel and swinging chairs, are also available at the Fairground.

Admission to Christmas Wonderland starts from S$4, providing access to a myriad of attractions across the 57,000sqm fairground. Additional charges for some attractions within the event grounds apply. Please refer to the factsheet and annexes for more details of the attractions and opening hours.

Purchase your tickets online at least a day prior to your visit and enjoy savings of $2 per admission ticket. On the day of your visit, tickets are only available for sale at Christmas Wonderland’s ticketing booths. Each paying adult can bring in up to three children under 0.9m free of charge. A child above 0.9m requires a ticket.

1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? 1) During your entire time of Mr World Singapore 2022 from the time you auditioned till you won the title, tell us - what was the most overwhelming moment for you? To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night. It really made me tear up seeing how emotional he got while on his knee 2) What was the prep process like? The prep process was pretty vigorous nearing towards the end, as there were many events to go for and practices to attend. Though vigorous, I felt that they were all enjoyable with the class of 2022 around. 3) Are there any nervous moments and stress factors during the competition and how did you deal with it?
