Mix 1/2 of Trail Mix Crunch cereal and 1/3 cup of fat free milk in a mircowaveable bowl.
Microwave on high 30seconds for a big crunch and 1 minutes for a little crunch.

To be honest, it was when i saw my friend Stanley give the most touching proposal on coronation night.
