I think Charlie should choose to be with his newfound girlfriend. He love his brother a lot, but he is already dead.

He should just move on with his life cause I believe that if his younger brother is still alive, he will definitely don't want to see him like this.

He will want to see him to be happyand lead on his normal life with his newfound girlfriend.
