Partying with the Scrumptious & Delectable CP Products!!!

A group of bloggers gathered together at NSRCC for a CP Party last weekend!
 It was an AWESOME PARTY where bloggers get to learn how to cook some simple yet DELICIOUS dinner with CP products!

Do you know what CP means?
For more than 80 years, CP (short form for Charoen Pokphand, which in the Thai language means “Prosperity in Food”) has never forgotten its humble roots, even though it has grown to become one of the largest food companies in Asia today.

This is actually CP Honey Wings in Pandan Leaves.

We added Cheese and Mayo to Cheese-mayo baked mussels!

That's me holding my master cooking dish- Chicken Caesar Salad with CP Chicken Pop!!!

Here is how u can make this Chicken Caesar Salad with CP Chicken Pop!!!
Ingredients


1 packet of CP Chicken Pop

(400g)

1 large Romaine Lettuce 
(Leaves must be separated and chopped)

2 pieces CP Chilled Fresh Eggs 
(Hard Boiled, Sliced)
10 pieces of Cherry Tomatoes
Dressing

60g Parmesan Cheese

(Grated)

5 tablespoon Mayonnaise

3 tablespoon of Olive Oil

Method


  1. Bake CP Chicken Pop for about 7 minutes or golden brown.
  2. In the medium bowl, toss the lettuce and tomatoes with dressing.
  3. Add in the Chicken Pop and eggs.
  4. Sprinkle some cheese before serving.
