The famous Tim Ho Wan's Baked Bun with BBQ Pork!!! (MUST TRY)

Have you guys tried Tim Ho Wan's Baked Bun with BBQ Pork?
Tim Ho Wan is the cheapest 1 Michelin Star dim sum restaurant from Hong Kong. Their authentic Hong Kong's pork bun tasted so delicious!!! And one bun is definitely never enough to stop your crave for more.

The Baked Bun with BBQ Pork is one-forth of the Big 4 Heavenly Kings in Tim Ho Wan Singapore.
The remaining 3 are:


Steamed Egg Cake (S$3.80)
Soft & Fluffy.
Vermicelli Roll Stuffed with Pig’s Liver (S$5.50 for 3)
Chinese call this "Chee Cheong Fun" and at eating it with Pig's Liver is something unique to me as I have never tried this before in my life.  I like the silken smooth vermicelli rolls .
Pan Fried Carrot Cake (S$4.50 for 3)
Soft on the inside, crispy outside.
 
My favorite out of the 4 Heavenly Kings is the Baked Bun with BBQ Pork (S$4.50 for 3)

The exterior of the Baked Bun with BBQ Pork is crumbly and fluffy while the inside has barbecued pork with oozing sauce- boasts a sweet-saltly taste to boot. This is the best bun I ever tasted! 

 The bun are so high in demand that I was told one customer can only order a tray of 3 buns.

Other must try food includes the following
Prawn Dumpling (S$5.50 for 4)
The prawns were succulent.

Spring Roll with Egg White (S$4.20 for 3)
Instead of the normal radish filling, it's stuffed with crab meat and egg white.
Tasted really unique and tasted great when dip with chilli too.
Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce ($4 for a plate)
 Sweet and tender skin and soft bones, submerged in the black bean sauce.
A little spicy made it taste great.
Beancurd Skin Roll with Shrimp ($5.50 for 3)
I like the fresh Shrimp wrapped with the crispy beancurd skin.
Pork Dumpling with Shrimp (S$5.00 for 4)
Chunky, delicious and Outstanding
Big chunk of pork, mushroom and shrimp mixture.
Siew Mai is definitely one of my "MUST ORDER" dim sum dish
that I would never miss out in my Dim Sum Order.
Glutinous Rice Dumpling ($5 for a plate)
This can be taken as a meal because of its generous portion- sticky rice with chicken and shiitake mushrooms wrapped in a fragrant lotus leaf. Chicken are tender, moist, with a garlicky tone.
Pork Rib With Black Bean Sauce ($4.20 for a plate)

Rice with Chicken, Sausage & Mushroom ($6 for a bowl)

Steamed Beancurd Skin Roll with Pork & Shrimp ($4 for a plate)

Beef Ball with Beancurd Skin ($4.20 for a plate)

Tonic Medlar & Osmanthus Cake (S$3.50 for 3)
This is another Tim Ho Wan signature, this cold jelly is made from osmanthus syrup with the petals of the flowers as well as goji berries suspended in the jelly. Definitely more healthy than any other jelly I have tasted. It is quite light and good for after meal dessert.
