Enjoy breathtaking views of the city skyline while beholding Executive Chef Deepak and his culinary brigade creating exquisite canapes such as Foie Gras Profiterole with Cherry Syrup, Espellete and Caramel Popcorn, and a spellbinding display of molecular desserts.

New dish prepared by Chef Ken Chaw - Tajima Beef Ribeye served with
Red Wine Sauce
, Kipler Potatoes and Mixed Green (Available in Jan 2016) at LIME @ PARKROYAL on Pickering! The meat is really tender and juicy to my liking!
 
This is similar to the Roasted Wagyu Beef with Red Wine  that is currently available on their festive buffet too.
