Starting November 27, Conrad Centennial Singapore will be decked with all treats lavish so you can celebrate the season with friends and family with delight. Christmas log cakes are in the spotlight this year and for good reason.

Log in your sweet cravings at the Terrace

Executive Pastry Chef Bruno Philippe is presenting six new flavours of log cakes in the traditional buttercream and modern mousse varieties. One of the new innovative flavours is the Duet Chocolate Truffle Araguani and Pépites Nougatine, which use rare Venezuelan cocoa beans with a taste profile that is often alluded to great wines with high tannins and a long lasting finish on the palate.

The log cake flavours available are:   

Bûche de Noël Abinao Chocolate 
"Grue" Cacao Nibs Chocolate roulade with homemade abinao chocolate buttercream and cacao nibs

Bûche De Noël Rum Chestnut Vanilla and Brandied Griottine
Vanilla roulade with homemade chestnut buttercream, ‘bourbon’ vanilla, brandied cherries and ginger streusel (contains alcohol)

Bûche De Noël Coffee Macchiato
Vanilla roulade with homemade coffee macchiato buttercream and candied chocolate orange Duet Chocolate Truffle Araguani and Pépites Nougatine Duet sponge cake with Araguani chocolate truffle mousse and pépites nougatine

Pineapple and Lime Coconut Almond Joconde

Festive Feasting at Oscar’s 

Gather your family and friends at Oscar’s for sumptuous festive feasting at Oscar’s. This is one amazing cake that I highly recommend you guy to try if you are a chocolate lover! There are altogether 6 unique logcakes created by the pastry chef from @ConradSingapore for this festive season! Christmas is not completed without having a delicious logcake!
