I want my Six Pack Abs by Christmas and New Year! (Or at least a slimmer body...)
Gosh... I'm 68.4kg now with a TUMMY!!!
This is not a good sign!!! As you all know X'mas (My Birthday too), New Year, Chinese New Year is coming and that's where most people will start to put on weight due to all the excessive food eating and alcohol drinking... Too much temptations!!!
I seriously looking forward to have a more tone up body and perhaps a 6 packs if possible for my birthday and year end party.

And in order for that to happen, I cannot sit and wait for miracle thinking I can sleep and wake up looking slimmer right?

I took up the BERRY FRUITY FAT-LOSS (BFF) Challenge by taking GLOW!!!

Through the workout session, I also found out that you have to run at least 30-45mins in order to start burning fat. In the past I did it wrong, I did not really burn any fat because I only run for about 15-20mins... I'm starting to do a lot of crunches to work on my abs too.
Sleep is also very important!
