Do you realized the dinning trend shifting towards food for good health?
So what is Collagen Hotpot and why are they so popular nowaday?
Collagen Hotpot is actually hotpot with Collagen Broth. The incredible benefit from the collagen found in bone broth can reduce cellulite and tighten your skin making you look younger.
Where can you find such beauty collagen hotpot?
Check out Beauty in The Pot @ OneKM Shopping Mall (Very near to Paya Lebar Mrt)! They are opened in November 2014 as the latest dining concept of Paradise Group (A local restaurant chain).
Beauty in The Pot offers delectable nourishing soup bases with a wide selection of fresh ingredients for hotpot aficionados at the newly opened OneKM Shopping Mall.
They only serves quality food and exceptional dining experience for the diners. It is definitely a whole new dimension to traditional hotpot dining with excellent food and service. The waitress are very polite, friendly and know very well of their products.
A symbol of balance in Chinese culture, which is traditionally associated with good health, the interior décor of Beauty in The Pot is inspired by the concept of Yin and Yang.
The entrance hall and dining hall are decorated by dark louvered panels representing Yin, which literally translates to “shadow” in Chinese. To enhance the dark ambience, a range of light features from pendant lights to cove lights denotes Yang, thereby creating the balance.
Expect a sense of mystery and anticipation from the entrance, as guests are ushered through a walkway before arriving at the dining scene.
A cosy and casual ambience is created to fit all occasions, as each dining table of the 132-seater is adorned with a lighting feature right on top, to ensure diners are able to have a complete dining experience that engages all senses.
I'm truly impressed by the excellent service at Beauty in The Pot, with the knowledgeable and friendly staff meticulously explaining the ingredients served and providing recommendations, thus allowing guests to dine like “kings”. That't not all, they even bow to you every time they serve you.
Homemade beauty and nourishing soup bases
Core to the sumptuous menu designed by Chef How and his team of chefs are the two nourishing soup bases – Beauty Collagen Broth ($20 per pot) and Spicy Nourishing Broth ($20 per pot).
Freshly prepared every day, the two soup bases are carefully crafted and meticulously prepared with quality ingredients.
More than six hours of hard work goes the making of the dense and collagen-rich Beauty Collagen Broth, which comprises shark’s cartilage as the main ingredient. With the use of luxurious Chinese herbs including red dates, wolfberries, ginseng, dang gui and dang shen, the Spicy Nourishing Broth with Szechuan chilli oil provides an extra boost of immunity and energy with three levels of spiciness.
